Our volunteers check and wash kits between loans as standard, and we also strongly advise that you do that yourself at the start of your loan (this is also stated in the kit guide and on the info card attached to each kit bag).
We are paying extra attention to items which cannot go into the washing machine, such as Cheeky Wipes boxes / nappy buckets and the kit bags themselves, which will be wiped down thoroughly between loans too.
All volunteers are already following government advice and washing their hands regularly, and they will also advise us ASAP if they are unable or unwilling to loan (for whatever reason).
It may be that some loans are cancelled at short notice by our volunteers, and we ask for your understanding with this, as it will be done in order to keep everyone safe.
We also ask that all clients follow public health advice and take precautions. Please email to let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to collect your loan.
If you have Coronavirus symptoms, please follow the government advice on testing and self-isolation.
Our Drop-in events are still cancelled until further notice, but check social media for online events happening!
